Our services

CiteLantern provides white-label AI search visibility services to marketing agencies: audits of how a business appears in AI assistants and AI search results, implementation work such as structured data, FAQ content and entity pages, and monthly monitoring reports. All work is delivered digitally, in writing. The scope and price for each client are confirmed with you in writing before work starts. Anything not confirmed in writing is not included.

White label

You may present our deliverables to your clients under your own brand. You are responsible for your relationship with your clients, including what you promise them, what you charge them, and having the right to share any materials you send us. We don’t contact your clients.

The free check

The free AI visibility check is a short, informal snapshot based on the questions you send. It is provided as is, without charge or obligation, and isn’t a full audit.

No guaranteed results

AI engines are run by third parties and change often. We don’t control what they say, and we can’t guarantee that any business will be cited, ranked, or recommended. We do the agreed work with reasonable care and skill and report what we observe.

Fees and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Client sprints are a fixed fee per client, agreed before work starts. Monitoring is a fixed monthly fee per client, billed in advance, and can be cancelled with notice before the next billing date. Fees for work already started are non-refundable.

Ownership

Once paid for, the deliverables we create for you are yours (and your clients’) to use. We keep ownership of our general methods, templates and know-how.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, interfere with their operation, or use them for anything unlawful or misleading.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law where you are based requires otherwise.
